  I wish I could give this store a zero. Never will I ever shop here again for party favors, holiday decorations, and especially Halloween costumes. First of all it’s overpriced and not quite spirits quality... So I went in to return 2 costumes I ordered online and ended up being wrong sizes and my kids switched their theme, I bought them online and didn’t receive them until after the 24th. Well I went in one night and talked with a manager, explained I would like my money back. She then talked to another manager who accepted and told me they would do it one time. Well, I didn’t have them with me, my older daughter needed a mask so we were just running in quick. I was told by a female manager named Gibby, to come in the next day and tell them Adam said it was ok. So I did. And when I did, Melisa with 1 L, was making a complete fool of me along with the others behind the register laughing away, unprofessionally. She didn’t even want to talk to anyone, she was insanely rude. Finally she talked to Laurie who said she was not to give me money back. I then asked to have Laurie contact Adam who did agree. They told me they weren’t returning my money and then Laurie came and told me she felt I made that story up and Adam or Gibby never said that. But she couldn’t actually reach anyone in order for them to confirm or deny the claim. She told me this yelling from the back of where the line starts, in front of customers and all. Meanwhile another woman came in to get cash back, 4 costumes that were doubles. Said she was keeping one and another but they charged her for 4 instead of 2 no questions asked the kid working with her made her request of money back. She could’ve easily bought one for her and one for her daughter, one for her husband and one for her son. But she was helped without a problem in and out AFTER THE 24th! I will never shop here again! I will stick to Walmart. Truthfully, they have much better quality than this over priced junk. And much better customer service! Also, respect for their customers!
