  When I first signed up I was told I had to pay two months in advance (first and last month), so I did. My policy was overly expensive and I called multiple times to see why and no one could give me a direct answer. I canceled my policy over two weeks ago and was told by the first agent I spoke with that it was canceled. He also told me that I would get a refund but it would only be $54 and not the full month that I paid for in the begining. He then said I would get that in 7-10 day (which I didn't). He then could not explain to me why I wasn't getting my full refund back. after waiting 7-10 only to not get my refund I called again and spoke with a different agent who told me that the cancellation was NEVER put in or processed. She also told me that refunds take 2-4 days not 7-10 and that she wasn't sure how much my refund would be because that doesn't show up until after cancellations are processed. After the 2-4 days I still didn't get anything, so I called for a THIRD time only to be told that refunds do actually take 7-10 days and that my refund is only $40!!!! None of the reps could tell me why my refund was so low. I asked for corporate's number and was told I couldn't have it because they don't have one, the only thing I could do was speak with a different agent. I was then put on hold multiple times for long periods of time. Bottom line is I got scammed and no one could help me at all with anything!!! I DO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! DO NOT DO IT!!!
