  I forget how long it's been since I've been going to Berry Good Dental, but it's one of the best decisions I've make about taking care of my health. Zina Berry, DDS knows her stuff (including up-to-date dental technology), the office is bright and welcoming and the customer service is simply top notch -- I can't say enough about the staff.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I am shocked by all the positive reviews, however if you scroll down you will see another person has the same review as me. The receptionist/front desk person is incredibly RUDE. I actually do not understand how it is possible she is in a customer service position. I always try to support physicians who are women and people of color, so I was truly disappointed when this was just a horrible experience. While making the appointment the receptionist was rude, while in the office everyone but the dental hygienist was either rude or very brief like they weren't able to make the time for me to explain why I needed a $1,500 procedure that insurance may or may not cover. They then seemed put out by the fact I would need to wait to see if insurance would cover a portion of the cost. It was a bad experience, I will not continue to receive care there and I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.
