  They officially went down hill had a screen protector put on my iPhone X and it was put on perfect but notice bubbles at the bottom so I had a new one put on so hear is where their getting one star from me I went back because the bubble where not going away the lady (not the same one) questioned it then grabbed a new one when she put it on she didn’t line it up correctly witch made the screen protector more to the left of the device instead of the middle on top of it zagg screen protectors you line up and tap on the screen this lady applied so much pressure to my 1200 dollar phone that I thought she was going to brake it so I went back down after I noticed it was off it looked liked she had a attitude with another costumers phone so I waited till she got off the phone I told her that it was off and not centered probably and she told me that where not installing that for you again I did it as best as I could and that if I had a problem with it (I could take it to zagg by the way won’t do any warranty claim on the x in till after Christmas) or I could do it my self that lady should be fired for attitude problem because for I did that at my job I would have been walked to the door in a hart beat so I went up stairs where I talked to a Supavisor and he told me that the Best Buy’s down stairs is a whole separate store but use the same name I will never be doing my phone shopping down at their at Best Buy mobile I’ll be doing it up stairs where customers are treaded with respect and given that 100% guaranteed promise
