  Bob and his Staff (specifically Patrick) are just the type of people you hope to encounter when you are away from home (5.5 hours) and find yourself with warning lights blinking on your dashboard. Bob made time for me in his schedule last minute, took the time to diagnose my issue and suggest that the best course of action was to take the car to the Local VW dealership because unbeknownst to me the item I needed fixed (turbo on my 2013 TDI Passat SEL) was now under extended warranty and it would save me thousands to take it elsewhere to get fixed. Money out of his pocket. That's integrity. On top of that he had Patrick (a fellow Long Islander) drop me off and pick me up again at my hotel and didn't charge me a fee for his diagnostics or time. THIS IS A GOOD MAN. This is a good shop and he knows his VW repairs. I give him a hearty recommendation.
