    Brandon and Matt were my building manager/landlord for 1 year. I was an excellent tenant; i never complained, did no damage to the place, and always paid my rent on time. These are the words of Matt himself. Regardless, it has now been almost 4 months since I moved out, and not a penny of the security deposit that I paid has been returned (despite the promise that it would be, upon my leaving the apartment). I have been promised via the phone by both of them this summer that the check has been or will be sent, and have received nothing. These guys are lazy and will not return your money; it doesn't matter how nice or reasonable you are. DO NOT rent with them.
