  Three things tat make you wonder about the senator!:
  
  1. he is against extending the time frame for submitting a declaration of a rape accusation. I was sexually abused as a child of six and was too ashamed to admit it, until I was 18, at which time that my parents disregarded it! I was appalled! when my own parents disavowed my situation!!
  
  2. I thought Senator De Francisco was against filing for his pension while still working for the NYS senate/assembly! And yet he filed for his pension while still continuing to participate as an active senator for the state of NY.I guess he was just against the other elected officials double dipping! Maybe only he deserves that!
  
  3. So, now he is supporting his corrupt elective official brethren , as he claims that their families should not suffer for the transgressions of their indiscretions, really? if I rob a bank and am caught... should my family suffer the consequences of my actions? I believe so.... And does Senator De Francisco not believe so? I would love to heart your response, sir!
