Not only will I never step foot in there again , I will make sure there district manager and there higher ups are made aware of there unprofessional actions.
- Nikki S★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The girl butchered my hair tonight. I asked for a shoulder length inverted bob. I got a chin length regular bob. When I complained she made excuses about that I didn't specify I wanted it to lay on my shoulders or that she didn't know how much my hair may wave or it's texture etc. I've never cried over a haircut and now I get to go on my once in a lifetime Italy vacation looking like a boy.
